Challenge

Since no such solution was available on the market, they approached our team of software developers to help build a solution from the ground up that would meet their specific requirements.

Solution

We started by working with their adjusting and finance teams to carry out an in-depth analysis of the claims process and proceeded to document their relevant business workflows, taking the time to understand the functionality required by each team.


We designed a dynamic data structure, a feature-rich role-based user interface and configured automations that took care of the analysis and generated detailed reports for each insurer, saving hours of potential manual work using unwieldy Excel spreadsheets.


Finally, we worked with a 3rd party vendor to configure a direct integration with Sage 200, further automating the process and minimising the scope for human error.

Outcome

The Loss Book solution now underpins our client’s core business and saves their teams hours of manual processing every month, freeing them up to focus on fee-earning activity. Since this is an organic solution we continue to provide ongoing support and feature updates as required, ensuring the system remains fit-for-purpose and responsive to the developing needs of their teams.
